Ingredients:
1. Cauliflower - 250 gms
2. Potato- 1 to 2 medium-sized
3. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spn
4. Red chili/Paprika powder - 1 tea spn
5. Coriander powder - 1 tea spn
6. Cinnamon- 2 inch long
7. Cloves - 2 to 3
8. Fennel seeds - 1/2 tea spn
9. Oinins - 2 medium-sized
10. Ginger - 1 inch long
11. Garlic - 1 clove
12. Green chillies - 2
13. Tomato puree - 1/2 cup
14. cilantro leaves - to garnish
METHOD:
Add oil to a hot pan; add ingredients from 6 to 12 and saute till onions are translucent. When done keep it aside to cool and make a paste of it.
In the same pan add oil when hot. Add ingredients 1 & 2 along with ingredients 3 to 5. Mix well together. Close the pan and cook until veggies are cooked well but not mushy. Stir in between.
When done add the onion paste, tomato puree & salt as needed. Close and cook for 2 to 3 mins. Garnish with cilantro leaves and serve!!
