Aloo Matar Curry/Sabji Recipe:
1. Heat oil in kadai, add cumin seeds, let it splutter.
2. Add ginger-garlic paste, saute.
3. Add chopped onion saute, add chilly fry till golden brown.
4. Add tomato, add salt, red chilly powder fry for few minutes.
5. Add kitchen king masala, add water cook until gravy thickens.

There are two types of Gujarati food,1 is kathiawadi ,what he made in video,in kathiawadi thali ,there is no use of sugar ,it is Known as spicy thali ,,2nd is also Gujarati thali but it includes mild test of spice and also more taste of jaggery ,in Gujarat only in 5city u can get kathiawadi thali ,rest of the Gujarat ,u can get only Gujarati thali 👍,I am also a kathiawadi because I belongs to one of best kathiawadi city Jamnagar,so I know very well
