Aloo /Potato bakes | recipe

ingredients:
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 tbsp butter
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp yeast
water
2 medium size potatoes
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp sour cream
1/2 tsp bouillon
1/2 tsp complete seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/3 cup finely chopped scallions
1/4 cup finely Chopped parsley
1/4 cup finely Chopped hot peppers
1/3 cup finley Chopped onions

If you are Guyanese and don't know about this something wrong.

I think alot of the black guyanese don't know about it because it's mostly made by the Indians. Along with the potato roti. Alot of things I didn't know about as a guyanese because of the same reason. I grew up In a predominantly black neighborhood so we didn't cook alot of Indian food and so I was unaware that some of those things even existed. We also have a difference in the way we cook. Indians cook different from the blacks. I didn't realize that until I got on KZbin and saw it.

I love this as kid growing up. I still do. My grandmother would make it this way and some time she would stuff it with some leftover minced fry fish and fry it and it would be so so good thank you for the memories Candy . They look absolutely delicious ❤
