Nice recipe. Another way is , fry onion ,green chillies, ginger, garlic (small chopped), add salt, chat masala or garam masala (if we like) , add smashed potatoes with coriander leaves,stir it well. Stuff it with dough And the same procedure to make paratas....... This fried will be more delicious too. Should eat with curd. It's the best & yummy paratas
