Idk about the first meals which are daging salai and keli salai. That's not salai, salai supposedly smoked without fire. These already daging bakar and keli bakar. Btw 7:14 usually called as ayam pencen, means the older hen which not able to produce many eggs anymore, usually people bought it as meals for kenduri or majlis bcs of the chicken meat will not easily crumble during cooking. Sorry for my bad english
