Our CM is busy for preparing HornBill Festival.... The only time our CM and his Government work so hard and even mantain the Highway from Kohima to Khisama Naga Heritage Village. & I don't think our Nagaland CM can stop Assam CM, Nation knows very well of how Rowdy he is...as being a CM. Actually this is an Direct insult to Nagaland CM.
