Very few places are open 24 / 7. Anybody that has a speciality oven just for wings is worth trying out. The plethora of specials makes this place a hidden gem.

Those wings looked properly cooked. The meat doesn’t slide off the bone when you bite into it, and the skin tears. Good video.
