I love a braid out! I don't know how to cornrow. I've tried to practice, but my hair is to long and I give up out of frustration. You look so young when you wear your glasses.

I always do twist/braid outs on damp stretched hair because it takes days to dry and the result is more shrunken. Also hanging Bantu knots are a good alternative to rollers or rods at the ends of the braids or twists.

Braid outs are my fav, I usually do a chucky braid out. My hair gets less tangled in braid outs.

I can't cornrow to save my life and my low-to-medium density, medium-length hair avoids braid outs like the plague. My hair looks best and very defined with wash and gos and twist outs are a close second and they last 2 weeks until wash day. I use only curling cream, no gel. Your hair is healthy, long and beautiful!

Unpopular opinion here: Your hair is GORGEOUS without the braid out (w/ the exception of day 6 and on). With your hair texture/pattern/length, you don't really need to force a pattern. I get you want a different look and it looks great, I just prefer your real curl pattern (like in your 10 Tips for Ultimate Hydration video). Either way, thank you for the video! ( :
