ALPHA 76 Conversion 1 X Gi46B

I bought a sick Alpha 76PA for $600, and had to put a new band switch in it, two wafers. The original tubes were toast (as expected) and I did the simple conversion to a pair of Eimac 3CX800A7 tubes. At 15oo watts PEP, the amp is loafing along, and the two meters, plate current and grid current just slightly wiggle. It is one sweet cool running amplifier. Thanks for the video.
