As the books noted, since her Earth Magic was very ineffective and the anti Vermin Spell was too expensive to regularly use, she had to use Acid Spells as her main attack. The main advantage in her favor was actually her friends. Since they're there, she could focus on attack as they'd support her through their Skills, Ninjutsu and Items. In contrast, Entoma had to choose between attacking or defense/recovery. Even so, they didn't actually win as Entoma was just pretending to be downed. When Demiurge told her to leave, she got up immediately and she could still use Magic. She was laying down on purpose, probably to surprise attack them.

They are not evil!!, they are just following orders. For example, in a war the winner of a figth is going to be seen as the evil for by other side. They are not human, of course but that doesn't make them evil. a soldier can do horrible things but it is his job. Yuri Alpha just figth because it is her job, apart from that she act like the older sister and take care of the other maids. Entoma is a spider, and spiders like to eat their prey alive, but that is something natural for them. There is no hate or bad intentions there. The only ones evil are Lupus Regina Beta, Solution gama, Demiurge, Albedo, Neuronist and Shalltear who love to see people suffer. But outside of Nazarick there is a lot of slave trading like what hapened to Turae and the small sisters of Archer that were solt by their parents to a rich noble to pay their debts. The world of the anime is a dark one, Nazarick is just stronger, but that doest make them the evil. The majotity of people is evil, it is just that they don't have the power to show it.

To be fair to Evileye, while the two she's fighting are comparable in level and are the most likely to hold back in a fight, she's very tired after a long fight. Also, she honestly is poorly equipped in comparison and her opponents have skills and abilities very carefully thought out, while she grew organically. It would be like a casual kid's level 50 Pokemon against a competitive player's level 50 Pokemon. It's way more unfair than it is on paper.
