Excelent it Works for me in many ways, first for my typing and translating, then I focused and imagined myself doing a variation of excersizes in a slow and very fast fashion which I learned From a "specialist" where you do this in intervals, 20, 20 and 20 seconds....warm up, fast! very fast, then slow down. Repeat 2 or 3 times start once a day, then increase but don´t do in excess 2 or 3 times a day is enough.try it!
