Story wise you can have your complaints. But honestly the hell is with people whining that the ending was in the drawn art instead of model animation? Like were y'all not around for the first half of this story where that literally never happened until the very end? We didn't get a single CG animated cutscene until Origins. OG zombies fans at this point should be able to handle a map ending without a full CG cutscene. Not to mention this a decade long story, at this point it really does not matter what the animation style of the information and story is being conveyed in, it just matters what the story and information being conveyed is. It matters way more what happens in the cutscene instead of how the cutscene looks. Like Classified, who tf cares that it was CG animated? It was just some people sitting in a cell, there's no visual interest in that entire scene except the last shot of the characters looking at their alternate self. While I want the final cutscene of the last map to be CG animated just for being the "finale", up until then it really does not matter all that much, especially when nothing in this cutscene particularly needed to be CG animated as opposed to drawn art.

It may have been solved quick but could it maybe be because you guys have spent years since your childhood solving Easter eggs and now it's that much easier to u? Our group was neck and neck with you guys on this Easter egg hunt for a long time there (none of us were streaming because we're not popular lol) but you guys beat us by like a minute hahaha, gg dude. We kept checking your stream and every time we did we would scream whenever we were ahead, I haven't felt this happy/satisfied/hyped after beating an Easter egg since Blood of the dead. Can't wait for the next map, Treyarch outdid themselves with this one! We completed ours on round 28 if I remember correctly, nuts how you guys did it so early lol Edit: this Easter egg was also VERY similar to Gorod's in terms of steps (lever step, escorting a red mini-boss, doing some robot's bidding for the entirety of it), I see a lot of people saying they were disappointed but in all honesty this Easter egg was one of my favorites in terms of the steps, it was so much fun.

Welp, see you all in 3 months. Hopefully the DLC 4 Great War lives up to its own name and hype. Don't get me wrong, I loved the ending cutscene but I agree that the map was a bit too small and the egg a bit too short. I think the theme of creepy AI was fantastic and parnell being the avogadro makes sense but Marlton and T.E.D.D served no real purpose here and the lack of a Bus or any Tranzit Lore was a bit of a let down. I think this map has alot of reedeming qualities but also was a bit rushed. I hope The Great War gives us atleast a 10 minute cut scene or jebaits us at the end , and leads into a zombie season pass 2.0 with some Aether maps as well as Tranzit remastered with new avogadro lore. There are alot of unanswered questions I hope Milo makes story videos on. Thanks for reading this if you got this far. Love all you do Milo. You and I share the same passion for the storyline and that is why I have followed you religiously since 2011/2012.

Even though it is short I still think it is a pretty good EE, and Ending. I can see how this could have been the classified EE at some point, but I think it was better saved for this DLC, because we got the 2 crews. The ending was cool, and seeing Samantha rage out was something I've always wanted to see. Monty pretty much eating Max is was weird, but it was shocking to see. I'm not emotionally attached to Maxis, but I don't think we are supposed to be sad that he's dead. I think it's more of a means for us to feel Samanthas pain loseing her father again. I think she could have been cleansed, or at least mellowed out since this is still after Origins(where she was first american accent Sam), but seeing her dad die again probably triggered emotions, and memories from the first time, and reestablished her link to the MPD, or she linked with the other her that is probably still in the MPD on the Moon. I haven't seen all the steps, but I'm sure that if it was solved fast it wasn't necessarily, because it was easy(even though I'm sure it's easier than Blood), but the steps were probably logical, and flowed pretty well. I'd rather have an EE that is easy, but fun, then an EE that is hard, and tedious.

I mean, the gameplay is supposedly lacking when we have four variations of the Mark 2 (of which are quite great), a simplistic pack-a-punch/power routine that can be done but nearly anyone, and a boss fight of which was fantastic structurally. As the chain goes, now the community will go back into hibernating criticizing the EE, to be honest, i dont think Blundell was a part of the EE on this map since we haven’t seen him in a good bit, so... I’d assume he’s devoting all his attention to DLC 4 since it’ll be a wrap after that for Aether, an more than likely the longest an hardest EE of all for Aether anyways.

@@mistertoad1364 this is the second time we've ever gotten Nuketown in zombies, and it's 400% larger than the original, where 50% of it is a huge underground bunker that we didn't even have ACCESS to in the first one. Also, you don't pay for this map individually, you pay a one-time price for literally every DLC that comes out, including the next one. The map was fine, the Easter egg was great.

@@ayayron6870 We had access in Blackouts Nuketown. Plus we have got Nuketown so many times (including MP) that it should at least be a free map. All the aether maps have been remasters, we haven't gotten an original map since Gorod Krovi. Look I like zombies a lot, I have been playing since WaW with my friends, but I can't excuse the mess that BO4 is.

I think this is a very short map, and not a really big one either. but definitely a really fun one. I’ll definitely be doing this map when it comes to contracts and tier skips, that’s for sure. The EE may not be replayed much, but I think the map itself might be able to hold its own what with challenges for KZbin and in general, secret sauce especially.

I honestly hate the direction the story took after Bo2. It was so cool and mysterious and the only explanation we needed for the mpd was "an ancient race that is long gone made a pyramid thing to control the dead, and there's a rock called 115 that crashed on earth and brings back dead people. As far as cosmic shit goes, that's all we needed! But NOOOoooOooooO! Now there has to be a reason for the rock that brings people back from the dead. It can't just be a rock that came from space and fucked everything up! No, it came from tentical hentai monsters who wanted to fuck everything up for pretty much no other reason than "because I'm evil". We didn't need any of this! The only reason a sizable chunk of us are still here is because of dempsy takio nikolai and richtofen. If the characters were replaced with, say the victus crue and the originals stopped existing, a lot of us wouldn't care. I remember a simpler time, when drops came from whoever was in the mpd, and it came from them, because the more zombies you kill, the stronger they get. And that's all the explanation we ever needed! But suddenly, the drops are coming from some British dude with a red scarf yelling "BloODy leMoN!" What happened to the grounded, realistic, and believable story from WaW - Bo2? At least when that story wanted to suspend my disbelief, it was for a vengeful little girl using an army of the undead brought back through means that made sense in context of the story, and a power from a device we don't understand. But when the story from origins and beyond ask me to suspend my disbelief, it's for tentical monsters being the cause of everything, and dimension hopping, and books that predict the future, and *FUCKING DRAGONS.* it didn't need a change this drastic. I thought this was why we didn't like the story from iw zombies, because of the borderline goofy shit that the game says is perfectly normal and is supposed to be taken seriously. I don't understand why so many people enjoy this new story and saw it as a natural progression for the zombies storyline, because it's not. The natural direction would have been to have richtofen's ending in buried be the cannon one, and make the story about stopping him, taking him out of the mpd, and destroying it. Not tentical monsters. I just don't get why so many people enjoy this and think it's the correct way to go with the story. (Sorry for making this so damn long. If you read it all, you have the patience of a god.)
