I just need to share what He did when I was worshipping along the second time round. I was thanking Him for one of my daughters, and together He and I, we began to enjoy and declare the truth of who she is, the amazing, beautiful, fearfully and wonderfully made person He designed her to be. We danced as we declared and admired His workmanship, what a Beloved Princess - daughter of the most High she is. Then WorshipMob changed song "There is none like you, no-one else can touch my heart like you do. I can search for all eternity and find there is none like you". And He showed me how that is exactly what He was singing over my daughter! I am in total awe at His loving-kindness. We need to let Him show us who He says our children are, then we can walk and pray and declare by faith and not by sight. Hope arises when we see what He sees and choose to not dwell on what our earthly eyes might be seeing. I declare MY DAUGHTER IS A JEWEL IN HIS EYES AND HE HAS AMAZING PLANS AND PURPOSES FOR HER, AND THE WORK HE HAS BEGAN IN HER, HE WILL BRING TO COMPLETION! Amen.

Madeleine, one of the things my spirit really responds to here is how the songs from my/the past echo, build on and interact with the songs from my present/more current worship. So many worship leaders, it seems, have a shallow music knowledge/appreciation that goes back only a few years, a decade at most. But there are hymns and the Gaithers in here, songs from the 90s and early 2000s, and it's all a rich, beautiful melody in praise of our God that shows his timeless and eternal glory and connects us to the saints who came long before and the older ones still with us. It connects them to us. There is wisdom and life there. This represents the true kingdom of God. I yearn for this worship in my church; it's very hard to find. Please give your congregation the gift of deep, intergenerational, interwoven praise.

A beautiful way to wake up in the morning. Listening and hearing the presence of God. God is good and good all the time. I had been going through hard times for a while now. Nothing seems certain, but God is good. I suffer from anxiety and stress. My health isn't so good, but I know God is good. His love and mercy is new every day. God's love like no other.
