Personality types whether it's more are ok to talk about whether it's mbti personality types of organization personality types or even alpha/Sigma/beta males/females or whatever just for fun.but people need to stop compartmentalizing/generalizing every action of a person. People are too diverse & nuanced to be put in a box, personalities mostly overlap and mix. -SUPERIORITY: All i see is people using personality types to feel superior or get an ego boost or Trying to fit themselves in that personality type or they look down on others & tag any thing and someone's every move being due to them belonging to a certain personality type than criticizing their actions logically, It's annoying. -INTR/EXTRO/AMBI: But while being an introvert can be lonely, if you lean towards ambivert, know when to open up to right,supportive,positive people it's then it's a good barrier than being an extrovert who can sometimes have a difficulty having to cut toxic people out of life some of who might misuse your openness,due to which you end up wasting time,energy,emotions etc on them when you need better people. - I used to be extrovert, then went introvert now an ambivert and this is the best balance I've found (it took efforts to get to that though, may be truely innate traits are hard to change but in my case it was doable.
