So how did you fix it? Just update the Rekordbox?

Thanks for the question. Yup. The older versions of Rekordbox exported file structure didn’t work with the later decks like the DUO, the Quad, and RX3 so I exported using 6.8.2 first before 7 came out and that worked. You also notice when you export it creates 2 databases one for the old one for the new to be forward and backward compatible.
