This is very calming and healing, it made me cry because it reminds me of my painful childhood and was able to tell myself that it's okay, it's done, you are healing, it's all in the past, it shaped you, you moved forward and what matters now is you keep going. I come here because I get horrible headaches that’s 9/10 to where I’m incapacitated and usually throwing up for a full day and laying in fetal position. The only constant is change.
