I was thinking that you should add a Poison Lobotomy Gaper,this enemy is like the Normal Lobotomy Gaper, but it can leave green creep,& spawn a P. Brain upon death. And it only appears in hard mode.

The lobotomy gaper just makes me feel extremely bad. It's seriously just staggers around aimlessly. Even if it wanted to attack you it can't it's too hurt.

It spawns in the caves for me once, it was tough because it was accompanied by chasing enemies but I was able to kill it without too much hassle.
