I'm gonna make a comment on the Idaho "Infidelity" Laws right now, in reference to the 19:00 minute point of the video. Depending on when this video was taken, It was likely no longer illegal, considering it was unenforceable to begin with. The Adultery Laws in Idaho were Struck down on July 1st 2022. Something else to mention however, is that you VOID Fault based Divorce, when you yourself Cheat on your spouse as "Revenge" for their Cheating. it becomes a Mutual Fault, regardless of how many people or how many times adultery occurred. Even as a "Felony" this law was only Penalized as a 100$ fine, or 3 Months in Jail. "Fornication outside of marriage" was also a felony, and carried a more hefty fine and jail sentence.
