Great review, I love the Adidas Pro 3. I had to add heel insert in the Alphafly V1 (8mm?) because I am a heel striker and slow runner and Alphafly V1 shredded my calfs without the heel insert. I don't have this problem with the Vaporfly V2 or Adidas Pro 3 or Endorphin Pro 3 or even the New Balance SC elite V3. I love the feel of the Alphafly V1 but I definitely need much higher drop. Alphafly V3❓

I can't be your man because I never tried a supershoe on feet... Except yesterday with the Nike Air ZoomX AlphaFlyplate Atomknit NEXT% 3 'Prototype' (2024) (yeah I elongated the name like a full one for giving its justice to this masterpiece) just last day and those are the fastest I used in my whole entire life, overall when You attack the floor with tips juste forward the Air Zoom units zones, I feel like springs under my feet because of the carbon Flyplate, its incredible, a French runner (and because I'm French too) says than the VF1 (VaporFly1) and the AF1 (AlphaFly1) was better because more for the experts runners because more technical to use, which the AF3 is more permissive, so, for medium ones and for exploiting the full potential of the AF3, You need to go relatively fast, I verified it and I can tel the difference between running chilly and almost sprinting, there's a gap, also the ZoomX foam is squishy enough for don't having pain at hells at the end of your run, today post meridian I done approximately two hours alternating between running and walking on a few kilometers and just, these are top, unfortunately I don't have an other supershoe for comparing them, but always better than my foam, Eva midsoles, Air, Air Max, Tuned Air, Nike shoes, next I want Nike ZoomX VaporFlyplate NEXT% 'Electric Green' (2019) for testing the differences between the last Nike supershoe and the first, I hope I helped You for deciding if You take the AF3 or not, personally I think I'm lucky because I had the chance for having them from Vinted used but VNDS (Very Near Dead Stock), me from France how just started to practice serious running today!
