I have a question about the way you display products in your store; if a customer is mildly interested in a certain product, but they see that you have a lot of it, does that often have an impact on if they purchase the item or choose to wait? My LGS only shows a few of any product despite having tons in the back, presumably to infer scarcity on customers who are on the fence about buying something.

The way Rudy goes about the store I am not sure if he's planning ever to run it as a regular retail store where that kind of thinking would matter. Looks to me rather like a part of his youtube/patreon/online-seller-scheme, where an impressive background is a good idea.

Case and Point: I wanted a foil Meren for my commander deck. Thought to myself, they've printed at extremely high levels, I'll wait 2 months and I will pick it up later. Foil started out of the gate at $37, went to 35, went to 30, 25, then Card Kingdom sold them for 14. Done.

Alpha, I run a shop in Utah, and I did not order much of the commander anthology for the shop. But it has been a steady seller, but I am not going overboard on bringing them in. As for the game supplies, they are pretty cool, I got playmats and dice from them a few months back. The dice are excellent. But did not know about the tokens, I will be grabbing them for my shelves.

My lgs isn't a big one but I'm it still got like ten copies of Commanders Anthology, compared to the one Planechase Anthology they got in, the reason I think these are doing better then Planechase is because Commander is a way more popular format then Planechase, you have three precons, good precons, that are worth more then there MSRP, Kaalia being what, 80 dollars? and finally the life keepers you get in them were worth a tiny bit but I very much doubt it. For what I think was meant to be like a speciality limited edition product, they printed way more then the actual demand I think

Yeah he used a wet cloth to erase DRY erase marker. Made it smear...they work great if you use a DRY cloth/paper/whatever

I'm a little surprised Rudy actually thinks Commander Anthology would be a low print run. RtR, BFZ, Planechase, Commander Anthology, Eternal Masters, new CEO... magic is getting printed into oblivion. Buying boxes/fat packs is now a complete money sink, unless you wanted to draft and have fun.
