From my experience. I broke up with my ex but we agreed to still be friends. However, she started to change in order for me to ask her out again. Started to listen my music, going to the gym with me, etc. And then i started to think, "maybe this can work out?" But when i asked her, she said she had move on. She meet a guy on tinder. I've learned so much in this past relationship. I have put her through hell with my trust issues, jealousy, controlling TYPE A personality. And I'm surprised she stayed this long. But honestly, I've learned so much. Learned fo trust, not to be jealous, learned to love myself, and to not control everything, because she isn't a dog. She is a person with her own responsibilities.
