The inspiration with this video is Alpha’s cousin’s wedding that he recently attended in Philadelphia. He looked amazing in his custom Indochino suit which cost less than everybody else’s - under $300. These other dudes were rocking off-the-rack baggy pieces of crap that cost them around $800. The ironic part is that Alpha looked expensive even though his cost much less!
Don’t Look Broke!
1. Wear nice shoes - it’s the easiest way to take your look to the next level. They can take an average outfit and make it look luxurious!
2. Invest in statement pieces - Alpha invests in outerwear. Nice jackets make you look high-end: bomber leather or nylon. Or rock a classic navy or black pea coat. Make sure it fits you perfectly.
3. Nail the fit & details! - have a suit built for you, for example. Customize every detail with Indochino such as fabric and label. More specifically for Alpha, he went functioning buttonholes & boutonniere, pick stitching, wide peak lapel, embroidery, side tabs instead of belt loops. 4. Go solid basic pockets with your jeans - they are clean and timeless

Who knows. They may already know. He's right. I notice that some guys wear suit pants that look very baggy. That's a horrible look. I'm also not crazy about these skinny suits. There are also guys who will buy a $80 suit thinking they're saving money however the suit makes them look like a clown.

6:25 - Nah my man, Just use small scissors slightly above that stitching on the tag, go from one side almost to the very end on the other side, then the last bit you held back on cutting use as a pull tab - then PULL the entire tag and inner tag under the stitching away! No harm done to the tee, stitching or anything! I have been doing this for 16 years, I screen print teez and MANY other things in fabric/fashion. Also, Gildan (and other far better brands such as AS-COLOUR) make *TEAR-AWAY* tags nowadays so that you can literally just Tear these away! I prefer to print my label onto my band's merch, no mess. So neat and nice!

I love Indochino I have purchased three suits from them. I bought a navy blue, charcoal grey, and light grey suit. It's amazing going inside. I actually purchased a suit and when I received it I didnt like the way it looked on me... they gave me a whole new suit. It is the best experience... they build the suit from scratch. I have a muscular build so my thighs do not match my waist so all of my suits have to be tailored this gave them difficulty on my first suit.. but once they got my measurements every suit after that was perfect. Eve. My shirts were perfect. Nothing like wearing a suit that looks and FEELS perfect all of my suits will forever be purchased from here. Heard about Indochino from a best friend who watches all your episodes.. which got me hooked on your show he also put me onto your face wash which also works amazing keep up the good work. These shows help me out alot I've always been the guy who focused on getting stronger or smarter and never focused on my outward appearance. I saw a lot of people talking trash in Alphas community post, mostly over sponsored videos it seems but this was a damn good video. There was a lot of suggestions that don’t cost much to look better. Especially the first one with the shoes. I see so many men wearing such garbage shoes, they’ll spend a few hundred on some Jordan’s or Yeezys and then go buy their dress shoes at A department store for 50-60 bucks, some are even vinyl with fake stitching. For a long while I wore target jeans I got on sale for 5 dollars and wore them with Alden boots. There are ways to get good shoes for not a ton of money too. The fit was a big one for me, I used to wear the baggy stuff and never thought much of it, I think it’s made a huge difference getting tighter fitting clothes or having them altered. I got some inexpensive Levi’s on clearance and had the legs tapered and taken in and they look 100% better than a really expensive pair of selvedge Levi’s I bought which turned out to be a huge disappointment to be honest.

This video is so useful. When I was younger I would buy expensive T-shirts and just wear them waaaay to often. What I’ve learned throughout the years is this; Dress basic. Don’t buy $100 T-shirts just to show them off. Makes you look like an ass. Instead, but basic black & white T-shirts for like $10 each. If they fit you well they look so much better than all these designer T-shirts. Don’t overdo your accesoires. A simple watch and a small necklace are enough. The things you can invest in are: • Watches - but don’t go over the top with this one. Just a basic silver watch will make you look classy. • Jackets - trust me on this one, buy yourself a leather jacket. It will make you look 120% more attractive. • Shoes - they can either make or break your outfit. Don’t buy shoes in crazy colors, makes you look like a fool as well. I recommend not buying white shoes as well, because you constantly have to clean them or they won’t look nice anymore. Some shoes I usually wear are the all black Adidas superstars. They have the comfort of sneakers, but they look really classy. Especially combined with a leather jacket. They are also pretty cheap at about $70. Last of all, get yourself a nice pair of sunglasses that will suit your style.

Hey! Alpha m. Where did you get that peacoat from? I’ve seen it in a few of your videos and that ones is super classy but also sports some casual taste. I used to rock a Vietnam era actual Navy peacoat but I have grown out of it and the cut is a little dated (super sharp shoulders). Hang dry everything. I went to Home Depot and easily got the materials (pipes and elbows) to build an inexpensive clothes hanging system that would cost several hundred dollars if bought retail. I also DO NOT take my clothes to the cleaners. I learned the gentleman way to dry clean and press all my clothes at home. Cost me about $700 up front for the right ironing setup, to include items like a clapper. But man, my suits and dress shirts last years and always look like they were just purchased. And lastly, I never buy full price for anything. I add my email to all my gentlemen attire shops and let them contact when sales are on. And I always have at least a $1k in my clothing expense funds account ready to go. So when a deal shows up, I clean up. And now I am off to the tailor to get my button holes converted into real button holes. 😁👍🏽
