I bought the cd version of Afternoons In Utopia only last week on Amazon and am so impressed with the whole package! A wonderful selection of tracks, superb booklet and even the sleeve is beautiful! That pic on the front taken by Sheila Rock? is absolutely stunning, I love it! I am rediscovering Alphaville's material after purchasing their first album, Forever Young on cd last year, again a fabulous release with variations of Big In Japan, Forever Young and Sounds Like A Melody! I loved the single Big In Japan back in the early 1980s, but over the years had forgotten about it until hearing it played a while ago and my interest in Alphaville has begun again! Marian's voice is wonderful, then and now! I wish they would perform here in the UK sometime?🙏

I have both the vinyls! Breathtaking Blue was a bit of a challenge to track down in the UK but o have it! Both LPs sound amazing and the booklets are exactly as described! Been a huge Alphaville fan since the 80s but some of the 12”singles and later albums were and still are hard to impossible to track down. Took me decades to put together my collection! The guy in the shop I bought the albums in didn’t even know who Alphaville were! I educated him! Lol! Respect and love from a fan in the UK!

Great reissues. It's more than a gift for Alphaville fans. I waited for it....after the reissue of "Forever Young" (i bought the collector). Next year, i wish a reissue of "Prostitute"...
