I was always a Kenwood fan boy. I was thinking about a 8020dmx but I don’t like the look of the buttons protruding along the bottom. I am thinking about this Alpine one instead. Which would you prefer?

Just bought this headunit for my rs3 8p but not installed yet by the audiocompany, nice to know how good the screen is en how responsive but expected nothing else from Alpine.

yes, but ...... waze has a weird behaviour, volume will go up and down and this will annoy you real quick! .... i don't know if this is an android issue/bug but i experienced this while using waze.

both very good units with pros and cons to each the Alpine has an HDMI input where the Pioneer doesn't the pioneer has a 13 band graphic eq where the Alpine has 5 band the Alpine is a 7" screen, the pioneer is 6.8" ideally you need to play around them both to get a feel for which best suits you both are on display in our showroom

Looking for a good unit, preferably pioneer. I heard people complain a lot about the recent pioneer radios. I have a full AudioSystem audio kit so I want real good sound quality for around 200-275 pounds. Thank you in advance!

Tanks almost both it but unforchinetly if its requaired to plug your phone in and not wirless then the unit is usless. Forget home fone and no maps no spotfy etc. Will look for difrent one.

I really liked the look of this, CarPLay with Front & Rear camera option. Alpine, a good make. But... really struggling to find much in the way of positive reviews for it. Is it a headunit to avoid?
