This video didn’t hit my subscription feed, but the AGV helmet review that just went up did, which is annoying because I’m currently in the market for new gloves from Alpinestars. Stupid KZbin. Glad I came to the channel directly

Wanting to replace my alpinestars celer. I wear a L on the celer (as they fit 1 sz small - as anthony says to go up a size for alpinestars). Will these be the same or they now fit true to size? Thanks!
@RevZilla4 жыл бұрын
Anthony wore the Celer in XL and wears the SP-1 v2 in XL as well. So I would start with size L for you based on your Celer size. -DrewZilla *bit.ly/AStarsSP1v2

I wore small in SP8 but medium in GP Pro R2.. Does the sp1 v2 fit like the sp8?
@RevZilla5 жыл бұрын
It fits halfway between the two. For me, it's closer to the fit of the GP Pro. I wear medium in the GP Pro, SP-1, and the SP-8. I cannot fit into the size small SP-8, but medium is loose. Hope this helps a little! -DrewZilla

Hi there, my hand circumference is 22cm. The length ( inner side of the palm) measured from base of the palm till end of the middle finger - is 19cm . Which size could fit me? For models SP-1; SP -8 ? Thank You

Are they good enough for 3 weather touring ?
@RevZilla5 жыл бұрын
They're ok for spring, summer, and autumn, but they are not waterproof, so they are not good in the rain. If you have these gloves and another pair of waterproof gloves, you should be good for all conditions. -DrewZilla *www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/alpinestars-sp-1-v2-gloves *www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/alpinestars-sp-z-drystar-gloves *www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/alpinestars-apex-drystar-gloves *www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/alpinestars-valparaiso-drystar-gloves

Are they good for 10 to 17ºC with a faired bike?
@RevZilla5 жыл бұрын
No, these are not designed for cold weather. I would say the low end is closer to 13-15C. -DrewZilla

Will you guys ever sell RS Taichi gear?? Why won't they let you >:(
@RevZilla6 жыл бұрын
It's unlikely. Last time I asked (a few years ago at this point) they were imported by STG. That could have changed by now, but I assume there's some sort of prevailing complication. -Kraus-e

This or the GP PRO r2 for street riding?
@RevZilla5 жыл бұрын
Both are acceptable for street riding, and if you have the budget, the Pro gloves are really really nice. However, for street speeds, these SP-1 v2 gloves will also be really good. So if you want to save money, then choose these. -DrewZilla

RevZilla Also for street, are they more ventilated than SP2 V2 or GP Plus? Thanks

These vs held evo thrux?
@RevZilla5 жыл бұрын
That's a tough call. I really love the kangaroo palm of the Helds, but Alpinestars do have just a little bit more flexibility on the back of the hand. -DrewZilla *www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/alpinestars-sp-1-v2-gloves *www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/held-evo-thrux-gloves
