Reviewing my Alpinestarts Supertech R10 vs Shoei X-Fifteen; Likes and dislikes. One clear winner!

As we can see, Shoei is the standard by which all other helmets are measured. Shoei, more quiet and flows much more air = That is everything.

I was going to get the R10 until i found out it was made in China. Ended up going with the X15. Both are great looking helmets though.

Alpine stars looks nice. The X15 does come in some gorgeous color upgrades. The most imporant thing should be safety. Do they compare in crash ratings?

I wasn't super impressed with the air flow on the r10 other than that it's like a pillow
