I believe one of Tootie's daughters was married to Felix... I can tell you a little bit about it.. The Mickey Moore (Mickey Mo) "Family" was Felix's biggest rivals and they actually kidnapped his son (Felix Jr) one day. Junior used to get picked up from school in a limo, and the Family drove there early one day in their own limo... There was a ransom, but it was mainly to have Felix end the beef they were having.. they didn't mistreat Junior and returned him, but Felix went after them full-blast after that.... It was said though, Felix really wanted peace but couldn't control the MOB members who wanted revenge.
