That might be in the south. But I'm from California I'm in Detroit right now. If you go California the first thing a Cali cat will ask you is are you a rat or child molester because that's what they know about Detroit. Rats have been around going back to the mafia years. Detroit has had gangstas for over 100 years, where it was the murder capital during the early 70s. And the 80s was no different. Today's generation no matter what city that you reside in. They're going to rat even more, because they're not built for that life. They're mainly studio gangstas whom get caught up. the mayor of Detroit for that time was Coleman young(1974 to 1994). do you think maybe he knew. white boy rick said he was dating his niece Cathy Volsan Curry were related to the Detroit drug trafficking ring was led by brothers, Johnny and Leo Curry(according to the internet source). They mainly trafficked marijuana and cocaine from 1979 to 1987. Coleman young was the first African American mayor, and proudly would say Detroit was a black own and run city! and was a proud civil rights actives. I wonder if that included poisoning children. I guess now we can see what the Detroit flight was all about! I took a different type of mayor to bring people back, but it will never come back!

EVERY MAYOR IN EVERY MAJOR CITY WAS IN ON THE DOPE BEING IMPORTED INTO THIER CITIES. IT TAKES HIGH LEVEL LOGISTICS AND MAN POWER TO MOVE METRIC TONS OF DOPE FROM AFGANISTAN TO AMERICAN PORTS TO MAJOR CITIES AND EVEN MORE HARD WORK TO RECOUP THE MONEY FOR THE TOP BOSSES. UNEDUCATED YOUNG BLACK MEN DID NOT UNDERSTAND SUPPLY SIDE ECONOMICS MUCH LESS THE PRINCIPLES OF INFLATIONARY PRICING AS IT APPLIES TO POLITICAL AGENDAS. THEY WERE MILLIONAIRES IN CASH ONLY. THEY ALL FOUND OUT THAT MONEY WITH NO POWER IS MERELY FOOLS GOLD.

Can’t even go through one single comment section without someone bringing up race 🤦🏿♂️.. Do you know how many mayors the city has had since Coleman Young?? Mike Duggan didn’t turn the city around, the city has been turning around since the late 90s early 2000’s.. Dennis Archer was the one who was in office when Comerica Park and Ford Field was built and when the casinos opened.. And Dave Bing started building up downtown
