Always try to take is a thought and not focus on thinking move forward engage in activities without attention on thoughts . Stay away from songs . Try to give time on drawing or sketching . Proper sleep give time to normal work than thinking about thoughts. Proper muscle exercises. Inshallah you will improve a lot. I have pressure in my head and I know when it’s spirit because I get bad thoughts, as soon as I played this. My head felt like it hurting because they don’t like it and my house started making noise, the spirit tries to scare me but I’m just annoyed at this point. My whole body pains after listening ..i had hedache n diziness over a month ..but stratd listening feeling good ..Alhamdulillah...severe pain in nose n head while hearing this..Allah bless the team of Al Quran high level in duniya n Janna Ameen
