yeah literally just trial and error - my editing style is pretty simple tbf i just cut clips in time with music in vsdc. pretty much anything i want to do i can google and there's a youtube channel that posts loads of tutorials for vsdc free which is helpful!

@Must4pha heh tiger mom ‼️ I think as I grow up I can see that a lot of the discipline is due to how I was raised - I'd say my parents were pretty strict especially when it came to studying and doing my extracurriculars and stuff and they definitely pushed me from quite a young age. Some of it is just down to personality though - I think I'm naturally quite obsessive and the combination of that plus being pushed to channel that onto academics through my whole childhood made quite a strong impression on me

haha thank you! when i started my channel my inspiration came from two big creators for the softer, more comforting type vlogs: carys rachel and kate brock. both of them have insane production quality. old emma chamberlain is classic too. if you're looking for more cambridge girlies i love apple sershi and jademarix, plus exteriorarchives (who goes to ucl, but has similar academic vibes and incredible editing)
