For the price of e88s, i completely agree that you have to 100% adore them in the car to justify keeping them. Anything less, youre better off moving on. But even then, its still hard to part with such a great wheel

I do love E88s but they are more of an E46 wheel IMO. Smaller car and they look great with a smaller faced wheel. The RIAs you’re getting will fit much better

Either way you go, it’ll look great. You experienced them and got it out of your system. E88’s is one of those wheels where you can get back exactly what you spent, not many on the market that can do that, so should be super easy to move on, even if it take a while to sell. On another note, this is a purely cosmetic question, but have you ever thought about “dressing up” your brakes? Any rotors you like or possibly changing your calipers color? I think doing so can breathe a new look into the whole wheel change as well. Or do you feel it’s carbon ceramics or bust? So no need to switch up otherwise.

I’ve read some reviews on the akebonos and i know I wouldn’t like the difference in initial bite so i passed on them. As far as dust go, they are the best. The g8x guys are liking the isweep brake pads for performance and less dust so I’m thinking of going that route.

Love them. Absolutely worth it. Instant gratification. Easy to clean. Can bring with you if you move to a new space. Can replace if they ever get damaged. Can wash in the garage since it allows the slab to breath. Been in here for 3+ years now and I’ll never not have them in my garage.

Always. Dirty and grime falls into the cracks and the floor looks clean always. Simple vacuum every few months cleans up the debris and you’re set.

I just bought some RIA’s as my track wheels. Awesome wheel! I wanted gloss black as well but from my understanding it was only for the Japan market? I ended up getting the matte gray wheel. I went with 18x10.5 + 37. I’m running a 20MM space upfront since I’m 295 SQ for the track. What tire are you going with?
