In government job, you start with 25k per months in hands to 1lakh in hands till retirement with fixed promotion in your job. In private job, you start with 7k per month in hands and can reach 50k per month till retirement, can reach 1lakh per month till retirement , can reach 10 lakh per month till retirement based on your technical skills , communication skills, experience, job switch skills and many times bootlicking skills. Govt. Job has job security , but if we are highly skillful, then job is secured in pvt sectors too. Govt job has lots of leaves and facilities, but if you work in good pvt MNC ,you also get good leaves and facilities.

@Harsh Sharma abey yar... samajh nahi aaa raha ... har koi RBI governor nahi hota.... na ki har koi CEO ya CTO hota hai ...so baat yaha general servents ki ho rahi hai .... agar upper level ki baat karne lag gaye , to fir baat bahut door tak jayegi .... fir baat corporate funding se lekar, bussiness expansion tak jayegi .... isliye power ki baat to karna mat.... government me general servent agar 25 hazar se shuru karta hai to upar tak jaate jaate retirement tak usey 1 lakh per month tak milte hai .. par agar private me koi acchi company me he.. skillfull he , to wo government se kai acchi salary kama sakta hai .... ab ye baat tumhare samajh me aayi to acchi bat , nahi samjh aayi to jai ram ji ki ...

Even i have a govt and whatever he said is right. Modi govt has taken all the benefits from us. There is no growth in Govt Sector. The only thing is job security but that too the private sector dont have is because of Pandemic like Covid otherwise there are always opportunities. And we wastee our teenage and 20s in govt exams
