This is what she is going to face by living at korea and we saw it, aware about it... as a people from her country that know the struggle should always be saying good things and throwing some good advice so that she'll not be feeling alone ❤

the Ahjusshi rejecting the sale of chiffon to her bothers me so much. This kind of attitude annoys me everywhere cause there’s a potential buyer who wants to buy from you IN BULK. and you refused ?? over your beliefs??? my pettiness would reply him sarcastically 🤠🫵🏼
@Skyrose99zАй бұрын
Nah, it's better to completely avoid doing business with those kinds of people. If they suddenly get kind and allow her to buy it bulks or maybe getting a long term contract with the seller, they probably bring more inconvenience during their deal later. Maybe some scams, or no discount, or delayed postages, or just provide her with the lowest quality of the fabric to take advantage of her, and so on..

There's a hint of racism as well, their way of saying like she can't afford is probably from the judgement that she's coming from Southeast Asia. Lots of Korean stereotypes SEA people as poor..

As a hijabi, I wouldn’t go there even if I did have the money. And if they are requiring women to show their hair in reviews/videos then they should reach out to women who already do that in their videos. Also their tone was incredibly condescending and gives of ignorant vibes, as in they don’t understand that hijabis 100% DONT show their hair. It’s not a wear-one-day/take off the next kind of thing. I’d also like to tell you how relatable this is, even outside the influencer space. When I go to doctor appointments I end of arguing every single time over what male nurses can/can’t see or do when it comes to my hair and body and it’s so frustrating I usually end up crying in my car afterwards. Being a hijabi is HARD but sister we get the rewards ❤ love your videos

they both missed the opportunity to let our muslim friends know that they too can go to shops like that without feeling discriminated, and have great relations with them. It's a door for new potential clients. But honestly the shop that approached you just straight up only want some clout from you. If they know you in the first place, not just by name, they'd know you wear hijab. That's ridiculous to approach someone for a favor even if it's a collaboration, not to have some knowledge of who they're collaborating with.

@mrsdin373928 күн бұрын
Tak patut mereka kata begitu, atau mungkin Korea ni memang ayatnya begitu,biasa bagi mereka tidak bagi kita. Kalau kat Malaysia, kita biasa akan sopan la macam adik cakap, tapi mereka lebih direct to the point Pergi beli kain kat china je dik kalau dorang dah rasis tahap macam tu. Jangan nak menghadap Korea sangat. Atau mungkin dia berdosa dari sudut agama dia kalau jual jualan dia untuk agama lain.😂😂

You shouldn't go to market your stuff at Korea. If you sell your hijabs to at Muslim country, it's much better and will have more attractions. The market is not there. I don't think Korean really like that thing and they're actually not like in the kdrama
@MHYZ116Ай бұрын
??? I think you understand it quite wrongly. She's marketing her product at Malaysia. she's going to to Dongdaemun to find the materials for her product. She's already living in SoKor for years now, she ain't expecting kdrama treatment just realistically most of the time she met are alright and not rude like the example she said.

What is wrong marketing her stuff in korea? Her target buyers of course Muslims in korea.

Why is it when speaking Korean selalu cute cute jer but bila speaking English selalu eksyen giler dgn slang... Is it coz asik copying others speak?
@palahcomelАй бұрын
Its called code switching. Its common for people who is multilingual.
@aureliaavalonАй бұрын
Code switching. It's very common to have different personality in different language. Very common among bilingual and trilingual speakers. Also, kau serius buat terbalik weh. Dia bunyi lagi ganas dalam Korean, Bahasa Inggeris dia bunyi lagi lembut. Kalau niat kau menghina dia dgn komen 'eksyen giler', lupakanlh. Kalau kau betul2 nak tahu je knp dia bunyi lain, mmg biasa mcmtu bila bljr byk bahasa-- semua bahasa ada persona sendiri.

Korean language has very weak or no intonation, instead, speaking speed change, sometimes shorter sometimes longer. Specially, woman voice with slightly longer at every ending of a sentence, persuading tone, lovely tone, 나긋나긋(nah-geug nah-geug)하다.

@avava63222 күн бұрын
pretty sure your english is good, so please read this and take it in. i get it, you have the right to reject religion, in fact we all have that right. but you need to note that rejecting religion does not equate to being racist or rude. if someone is being rude, it’s necessary to address and change that behavior because your country has serious issues with discrimination/racism. instead of enabling ignorance, focus on educating each other.
