If i were to make up an effect for the new Vegito it would be “send the top two cards from your deck to your drop to reduce the cost of this card by 1, (this can be done up to 2 times) If played at reduced cost, place Vegito in Rest Mode. Activate Main, Once per turn: discard 2 cards from your hand to your drop and switch this card to Active. Having the two fusion characters being the mill/discard outlets to set up makes sense to me.

Just a comment for Mini Goku, you MUST take a life when you play him, it's mandatory, so while being a very strong card, he has a very small window to actually play him, namely when at 5 life to awaken and swing. Play him in any other moment and he sucks balls. So a powerful card but with a veeery tight timing.

lets me guess the effect of the UI Goku: Once per turn: reduce the power of one card on the field by the original power of your leader for the turn. When this card defeat a battle card, put this card in active mode.
