I have carrier Supra 680 evaporator freezing up . All belts good and Freon full . What may cause the problem?

Hey I’m working on a carrier a Supra 960 main drive belt any tricks to get that belt on I took the idle pulley off but still haveing trouble geting it over the 2 pulleys are they ussally allways hard to put on or is it possible I have the wrong belt it’s just a tiny bit short

Question here.. i have this same unit. However on my in-cab control panel, i turn it on with the switch and nothing lights up... but the unit starts and cools. I looked at my wire harness and it appears to be in pretty frail shape. Is there a harness available that anyone knows of? I think its a power wire issue with my control panel but not sure where to start other than just replace the harness since it dos need replacing anyway. Any help would be great in this direction.. thanks in advance!!

Hey there i just got this code on our Carrier unit, first it was putting out a reading 11-12.4 v. Now i changed the alternator and it is putting out 13.5-14 volts but still shuts off with the alt aux code. I didn't disconnect the batteries yet tho just used rubber gloves lol. Do i need to disconnect the batteries to clear the computer?

no there is either a harness issue or a fuse blown
