It means we boolin, vibin, and we are most definitely posted with the boys On a more serious note it's just a funny comment/joke people like to make. Lots of people have said "all guys want" or "all girls want" or "all they want" is this or that. This is just a joking way of poking fun at that black and white thinking. The fact he's a guy singing something in a relatively serious tone with an often deep sound, it just adds to poke at the stereotype that guys are testosterone filled humans.

Im 24 y.o. And im traveling alone, without money and just a little bit of clothes, i do paintings and drawings to be able to keep moving and eat, through the time i have away from my country i discovered so much about me and lately started to dig deep in thoughts i don’t want to deal with, i live with some friends but still i start to feel alone at some point, i feel sad, i feel lost, i feel angry, i feel that i am not able to progress with goals that i don’t even have. This music channel had been helping me a lot to deal with all of that, close my eyes and meditate for a time makes me take out all tears, anger and anxiety, thank you for sharing this amazing music.
