You did good they are purple! I never heard of them either till my son brought home a stryrophome cup with a seed in it-in kindergarten flash forward he's 21 years old. It's is bush size in our side yard!! It's amazing and were not gardeners! Everytime my husband and I pull into the driveway in summer we are amazed and it takes us back.

Laura flower is also where the herb ecinacea comes from...they will attract butterflies to your garden. and BTW once you added the brown in the middle you knocked it out of the park
