This might be the best interview to Myles I've listened to in a while, and I never miss one. Very insightful and interesting questions, as well as his answers. Congratulations and thank you. Based on what he said, I now expect his third solo album to be a follow-up to Walk The Sky thematically, and as someone who also struggles with his own emotions, I'm very excited by it.

Awesome interview, thank you for asking such brilliant questions. This album sounds like it's going to be another milestone moment. As a long time anxiety and depression sufferer, I always appreciate that Myles is open about his struggles with his own mind and that he always searching for answers. He's certainly not alone in his worries and doubts. I hope he finds peace within himself although I do think it's something that tends to trouble the most creative and sensitive people. It's a gift in the sense that it can help you understand people and the human condition more deeply and a curse in the sense that you hold on to so much baggage that isnt yours to carry. I lost a parent at a young age to illness in a similar manner to Myles and that type of early childhood bereavement impacts your whole life and fundamentally changes you. I do think that those who have gone through this specific kind of grief have a greater emotional awareness and it can lead us to seek to comfort and provide solace to others but if we're not adopting healthy coping strategies then the same emotional depth can sink us. Sometimes it's hard to know when you are sinking. I can say without a shadow of a doubt that Myles Kennedy has helped more people then he will ever know with his music and should he decide to stop tomorrow to focus on himself and his home life, he should know that he's already sent out enough goodness in the world to last several lifetimes over.

9:40 Myles confirming he's an alien, which is the only logical explanation of this talent. ;) Thanks for the interview, very interesting!

The interview is awesome but I can't get over the fact that the album cover is on Scott's face 😂😂😂
