Chin up my dude, it may take a while but you can get through it, been dealing with social anxiety and depression since I was about 9-10 ( the joy’s of being the kid everyone picked on) one thing that has helped me is having a hobby (or 3 because why not) for me skateboarding (which has slowly helped my social anxiety, I still hate being around too many people though) working on car’s and setting up aquarium’s and pond’s (which can be extremely relaxing, I’ll normally spend most afternoons just sitting by the pond and have a few drinks with some nice music to chill to) anyway moral of my story/rant is there is hope for the future

Fernando C I recently learned that Kennedy was a guitar instructor and even Tremonti took music lessons from him and that both guitarists contribute parts to the music instead of one guy doing all the work. I was in school may be 8th or 9th grade when my cousin introduced me to Alterbridge. He had bough a cassette tap. It was a re-recorded one from some pawn shop. We couldn't afford the original one back then. I listened to the entire album for days. Couldn't put it down,. For some reason I remembered this song this morning.
