I remember being 7 years old my dat took me too the arcade. Only five bucks for all day play. It was then I discovered this game. One of the best games in the arcade. Spectacular.

@@Tarquin23 The only real difference here is the key; I can't see how the MD would have any trouble in replicating this soundtrack. Golden Axe's soundtrack did highlight the differences between the arcade and console, but it's a more faithful reproduction.

@@stephandolby samples are clearer all round, the SEGA System 16 arcade boards were more advanced than the one eventually used in the MegaDrive. The MegaDrive’s board was essentially a scaled back version which is why porting games such as Altered Beast and Golden Axe was easier than other consoles, but there were still limitations to cut costs for the home console market.
