Very nice, once again. I love doing black and white images in my journals, because later on, when you feel even more creative, you can use your talents at watercolors, or other color mediums, on those items, if you so choose, or not!!

The monochromatic look makes this journal very unique. I love to see and take photos in black abd white, so this journal spoke to me. I like that you included options for the new owner to put her own touches on the journal. She will be impressed when she receives it. Another winning journal. 6:58 that half-folded circle on the edge of a page with an eyelet is so cute and so practical. I am collecting ideas for page edges (will be glad to find a playlist on a craft KZbin channel dedicated to that) and this is one of the top ideas for now. 13:07 That flip-out on the edge is another find for my collection. Once I gather a lot of such concepts, I will create a journal with all of them.

This is gorgeous. I've always been a fan of a monochromatic collection. I took all the family photos on my gallery wall in my front entrance and made them all black and white (or slightly sepia)...and 'crudely' painted all the frames in white with lots of distress. I LOVE the way it looks. It's so nice to see how beautifully it works in a journal as well.

what acetate are you printing on? love this. I did something similar a couple years ago, to show others they could get their pages printed very inexpensively at their local ups store for 10cents a page if they did it in black and white and because it was laser printed it was waterproof so they could then color the pages with coffee, tea, Kool aid, water colors, markers anything and they would enjoy the process! oh the swivels, be careful as they can be full of lead! wash your hands after touching them, you can buy the led free ones which is what i love to use. I love how they look and you can get them in black too.
