Altered paper clips new amazing creative way

Hi my dear friends, I forgot to say the purpose in the video, so sorry 😊 been concentrating to show how these can be decorated and forgot to say so many other things, so I made a short video, with closer look on the clips and with information, but forgot to say it all again.🤨 I think I will have to start to make a notes, do not forget. The video is listed in the description box. ...the holes are for few reasons, first I love the look of it, if you will use just one of the ''triangles'' and fix it on the side of the page with a brads(using these holes), it can be as a page stopper, tag spot etc, or you can sew it to the page, using the holes as a way for thread or ribbon. If you would like to make small note pad, just put it around the edge of the stack of papers and sew all together. (the holes will be the way for a thread). I hope my explanation is not too confusing. I will show all these things in the next journal 😉 Thank you very much for watching xx

I make my paper clips much the same way, I do have the back a wee bit longer so that is is able to go on with ease. I like decorating both sides so either side could be used. I some times make them so full it is not just a paper clip it is very full and busy. We do like to have fun! How delightful. Thank you so very much they are lovely.

I love this method of altering the paper clips. Far less 'fiddly' and a great canvas for some nice layouts that are compatible with the page. I found 'the old method' to be finnicky and they were often lumpy in an uneven way. Brilliant ! (as usual) =)

Thank you Eva!!! They would make good bag topper too. There's a few things you can do with those cool paperclip holders. Book hinges, tablet toppers, page tabs with dangles or Cut in half and fastened them together with Tim Holtz brass fasteners.
