This video shows better than any other that the distribution of common cards with respect to factions is not random. For example the first three commons will be 2:1 Axiom to Bravos or vice versa. The next three is Lyra and Muna and the final three Ordis and Yzmir. I also found that two 37 pack displays give 98% of a full set of commons, three of each common.
