They start this because of a cyber-attack and want to keep each other safe. Other countries have different opinions about this new group. Inside the GPA, some people want to combine the countries into one big country. There’s a tense moment when another country threatens a GPA member, but they solve it "without fighting" (maybe). In the end, the GPA becomes important in the world by working together for success and "peace" (maybe).
