Yes in this timeline Islam would have never caught on, possibly through Mohammad never being born or his message never spreading, Arabia would probably still have some sort of Semitic Pagan faith. Persia would be Zoroastrian, Tengrism and Buddhism would be mixed throughout Central Asia. Indonesia, would likely be converted to Hinduism by Indian trade.
