Hey thanks! Now, I am fully aware that Austria is ethnically German (Which is why they unified with them in the first place) I just wanted to have them form a union instead of Austria being totally annexed (For the whole video atleast), also about the constitutional absolute monarchy, uh lets just say I'm too stupid to know what a monarchy is called when it is the leader of the nation but there is also a parliament/congress and government, kind of like the UK's Const. Monarchy but instead the monarchy has a say in parliament/congress.

In an absolut monarchy the monarch has all the power, in a constitutional monarchy the monarch governs together with ministers and other parliament people. In a Parliamentary Monarchy, the parliament does most of the politics, the monarch is mostly reduced to a ceremonial role.
