Considering his name is "Mucking Around", it's 100% a fan edit (a well done edit I'll say though). I heeeavily doubt Nolan would ever consider making an ending as open-and-shut as this, not in his nature.

Also, I think one of the reasons I commented was just because I wondered if this was extra footage (a longer version of the last shot that was uncut) not a different ending but just extra film that was available and had been processed.
