This map looks interesting. However I have an feeling that I should share my wiev. 1) Basic stuff I'd ressurect some countries that used to exist. Some of those woudl be: Burgundy, Scotland, Catalonia (reunified by Andorra). Some countries like Belgium tend to be removed. Let's not forget about shrinking some countries like Spain, Russia, UK and others. Some merging of states woudl also happen, you know what I mean. 2) Western Europe Let's start from the Atlantic coast. •Spain woudl be balkanized. I woudl create almost the same ammount of new states in Iberian peninsula as in this video. •Moreover, Andalusia woudl be smaller, by letting Spain keep an not so small Mediterrainian coast , Aragonia woudl remain within the Spanish borders, Catalonia and Basque states woudl gain some small territories from the French (Andorra unites with Catalonia). •Portugal woudl be the same. •France woudl be much smaller, due to Burgundy keeping it's national identity and staying indepedent. •Burgundy woudln't be that large. It woudl've contained IRL province of Burgundy, Alsace-Lorraine region (maybe except some small territories near Luxembourg), alnog with some Swiss territories (mainly in the west). Also Saarland woudl be in Burgundian hands. The capital woudl've been Dijon or Strasbourg. I have an feeling that Burgundy woudl have beeen ruled by an constitutional monarchy or an federal council (like the swiss do IRL). •Luxembourg woudl be bigger. It'd gain some border territories of France and Belgium. That's it for the Luxembourg. •Belgium woudl have been dismantled and split up by it's neighbours (Burgundians and northern Germans aren't included). The dutch woudl gain Flanders and Brussels, French woudl mostly gain Wallonia and as I said with the Luxembourg, the small territories in the Ardennes. •Germany woudl've been divided beacuse of the result of a protestant reformation in late 15th and 16th centuries. North Germans woudl be similar to IRL Germany, however it woudl have western pomerania as well (the similar border with Poland as it was during the interwar period, however Germany woudln't regain too much from the Polish. The south woudl be an seperate German state, dominated by eastern Austria (Vienna and these territories in the east) and Bavaria. •Italy in this universe is referred to as Apenine confederation (as a nationality they still call themselves Italian). Sicilly, Sardinia and southernmost parts of the Apenine peninsula are in the hands of the Byzantine Empire. Corsica is under Italian control. •Switzerland is basically unified under Liechtenstein, hence this country is a grand duchy of Liechtenstein. The diffence is that Bern is the captial instead of Vaduz an only German majority areas remain. Italian and IRL French Swiss lands do not belong to GD of Liechtenstein. •UK is dismantled. •Scotland is indepedent, and they control the Isle of Man •Wales are indepedent •Ireland is unified fully I will finish this comment for now. Scandinavia, Balkans, central and eastern Europe and even middle east and Caucasus still remains.

bro wants to balkanize the whole world💀💀💀. Also catalonia never existed as an independent state, the maximum thing there was were the catalan states during the reconquista and they weren't unified. Also, why would Andorra unify Catalonia? THAT DOESN'T EVEN HAVE SENSE! Also, why would burgundy ne independent? THAT ALSO DOESN'T MAKE SENSE

Most of flags share the same ratio, like 3:2 or 2:1 or 1:1, you can find examples on the net. You need to create a canvas on these ratios, for example it can be 1500:1000 or 1000:500 or 1000:1000, it is compeletly up to you. After that you will just make your own flag with using measurements. You can find flag material on the net still or if you want to I can make a tutorial video about it. Or you can just find a tutorial on youtube. As I said before, it is all up to you.
