whats story of this ussr?

ussr wins soviet-polish war, meaning trotsky keeps power but pursues world revolution. The west eventually invades the ussr out of fear of an invasion, occupying the west but leaving the remnants in siberia to collapse. At this point, stalin takes power and reforms the USSR into the USR, annexing mongolia and giving autonomy to many minorities, before helping the CCP and USA defeat japan. A revolution starts in japan due to the nuking, leading to japan joining the new USR along with manchukuo and korea, both of which were occupied by the USR and CCP while the US occupies iwo jima and okinawa. The USR then intervenes in the chinese civil war, but the threat of an american intervention leads to the border between the new USSR and China, under the KMT being drawn at beijing, Qinghai, and parts of gansu and inner mongolia. The country gradually is more centered around china and japan and experiences a second wave of industrialization, and is able to survive due to more reform and liberalization. The fact that many Chinese communists cross into the USR, mostly to xinjiang and inner mongolia gives the area a larger population too, further aiding industrialization. Nowadays, it is modern at around the same level as china today, but much of the union's economy is centered around the sea of japan, manchuria and china.
