As the Ottoman empire is Central Powers, if they were to be defeated as they in real life, their forces could be expelled from part of Anatolia, and may or may not be able to recapture it, depending on the scenario. They would potentially need support from the other Central Powers to recapture lost territory in Anatolia, which could be difficult for several reasons. For one, the Bulgarians, if they're in the Central Powers as well, could interfere with efforts to relieve the Ottomans due to animosity between the Bulgarians and the Turks. For two, any German forces moving into Anatolia to reinforce the Ottomans would need to be supplied across the Bosporus Strait, which could be a logistical bottleneck and could be subject to interference from the Russian Black Sea Fleet. All of which is to say that the best way for the Germans to keep the Ottomans afloat is to defeat Russia. Which happened in the video. When I said Britain and America could defeat the Ottomans, I didn't mean that I thought it was likely. Just barely possible, because in the scenario, France and Russia were already defeated, so German forces could easily cross the Bosporus to support the Ottomans. Landing in Northern France is not possible at all in the WW1 scenario.
